The entity responsible for data processing on this website is MWA GmbH, 7013 Domat/Ems. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory Swiss data protection regulations.

2. Data collection via the contact form

When you send us enquiries via the contact form, the form data is transferred directly to your e-mail program via your device's e-mail interface. We do not store any data on third-party servers. Your data reaches us exclusively via the regular e-mail route to info@mwa-services.ch and is used only to process your request.

To protect against abusive submissions and spam from automated programs (bots), we use the «reCAPTCHA v3» service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) on the contact form. Based on various information (including IP address, time spent on the page, mouse movements and device data), reCAPTCHA checks whether the input is made by a human or by an automated program. This check runs invisibly in the background; there is no need to click on any additional images or checkboxes. The data collected is transmitted to Google and processed there, whereby transmission to the USA cannot be excluded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of our website and in preventing spam and abuse. 3. Analysis tools and tracking

This website is configured to dispense with the use of aggressive third-party trackers, in order to protect the privacy of our visitors as much as possible. By default, only essential technical data is processed by the web server.
